Model wearing Todd’s shows up sleeveless

It is reported that Lauren Scruggs, the Fashion model/blogger, was out in public sleeveless Monday treading on a pair of Tod’s Shoes, and it is the first time since her horrible plane accident four months ago which has caused her left hand and an eye. Previously, covered the missing limb with long sleeves and wearing Tod’s Loafers, Scruggs was seen near her home in Texas, smiling and shopping with her parents.
The tragedy happened on Dec. 3 when Scruggs, in the dark of night, carrying a Tod’s Bag walked into a propeller after climbing out of a small passenger plane.
Reports say that Lauren Scruggs, together with her parents, is suing the airplane’s insurers and the plane’s pilot.
23-year-old Scruggs had her left eye removed after the accident. In January, the plane’s pilot, Curt Richmond, admitted to leaving the propeller moving after landing, but claims he warned Scruggs as she exited the aircraft.
According to a report released by the NTSB, Richmond says he tried to prevent it from happening. But, after hearing someone yell “STOP, STOP,” he shut down the engine and saw her lying on the ground losing one of her Tod’s Boots.
Now, Scruggs wearing her Tod’s Moccasins and her father, Jeff, are suing Aggressive Insurance Services, the company that carries the insurance for the planes and a good deal has been reached between the two parties.
