Joan and Carol’s feud: true or not

Today’s heated topics include a feud between Carol Burnett and Joan Rivers, but still people doubt this is just a show not a reality. During the show “Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best,” the host, Rivers treading on a pair of Tod’s Shoes starts giving pressure to Carol that she should attend the charity event for her daughter Melissa’s son. When the topic went further, Carol can’t stand it anymore and she got quite upset and angry. Given the fact that this incident happened under multiple cameras, impeccable lighting and a too-perfect setup, it is likely to be awkward enough to be true.
Joan Alexandra Molinsky is an American television personality, comedian, and actress. She is known for her brash manner with a pair of Tod’s Loafers; her loud, raspy voice with a heavy New York accent; and her numerous cosmetic surgeries. Rivers’s comic style relies heavily on her ability to poke fun at herself and Hollywood celebrities. In 2011, Rivers carrying a Tod’s Bag appeared in a commercial for Go Daddy, which debuted during the broadcast of Super Bowl XLV.
Carol Creighton Burnett is an American actress, comedian, singer, dancer and writer. Burnett started her career in New York. After becoming a hit on Broadway, she in Tod’s Boots made her television debut. Burnett moved to Los Angeles and began an eleven-year run on The Carol Burnett Show while being dressed in Tod’s Moccasins. The show was aired on CBS television from 1967 to 1978. Burnett created many characters during the show’s television run.
