Pink and her Charity Work

Despite her prosperous career and colorful social life when she usually appears in different pairs of Tod’s Shoes, Pink finds her time devoting to many kinds of charities. As a matter of fact, she started getting involved in this field quite early.
In 2003, she holding her Tod’s Handbag on the left hand sent a letter to Prince William criticizing him for fox hunting. Three years later, in 2006, she treading on her Tod’s Ballet Shoes wrote to Queen Elizabeth II protesting the use of real fur. She later publicly criticized the Australian wool industry over its use of mulesing. Her campaigning led to a headlining concert called PAW (Party for Animals Worldwide) in Cardiff, Wales in 2007 when she attended in Tod’s Boots.
Other charities includs Human Rights Campaign, Save the Children and World Society for the Protection of Animals. As of May 2008, Pink, showing up with Tod’s Fall Shoes, has been officially recognized as an advocate for the RSPCA in Australia. In 2009, Pink, wearing her Tod’s Loafers, announced that she was donating $250,000 to the Red Cross Bushfire Appeal to aid the victims of the bushfires that swept through the Australian state of Victoria earlier that month.
Well, it is hard to expect that one may sacrifice a lot to make contribution to one’s community, the society or even the globe. Apparently, Pink has made her own efforts.
