Come on, if you’re going to be a bottomfeeder, you have to expect to get stepped on…

If any of this rings true in the first place why aren’t they going after insurance companies? Lindsay’s money is nothing compared to what State Farm has. I Have no feelings either way on Lindsey Lohan, shes been on the wrong side of right for a very long time. But seems to be both these law suits are bull, who would wait so long to file a claim. My car has been hit numerous times, when i filed my claim it was with in weeks, not a years time….
This is just plain crazy. Are they trying to drive this girl to do something foolish?
